Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains:
Medicinal ingredient: Each tablespoon contains 9,600 mg of European Elderberry Fruit (Sambucus nigra) providing 0.3% Anthocyanosides
Directions of Use:
Adults: take 1 tablespoon 4 times daily.
