Shipping Information
At Noah's, our team will work hard as possible to get your order safely shipped as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday 12pm - 4:00pm EST.
Processing Time: Allow 1 – 3 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
Shipping Information for Ontario:
Expedited (1 – 10 business days). Shipping – FREE for Ontario orders over $79.00. *some restrictions apply
For this shipping method, we use Canada Post and a tracking number is included.
*Remote locations / rural areas and addresses with a P.O BOX number may take up to 7 business days (and may require extra shipping charges).
Shipping Information for provinces outside of Ontario and Territories:
Regular (3 – 14 business days). Shipping to provinces outside of Ontario - $40 flat rate on all orders.
Regular (10 - 20 business days) Shipping to territories - $199 flat rate on all orders.

Returns:
Noah’s Natural Foods must be notified via email within ten (10) business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving a return label sent via e-mail attachment. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.
In the event that a return is a result of an error made on our behalf, we pay the return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
A placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns due to Customer Error:
If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.
