Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet every 6 - 8 hours or as directed by a healthcare practitioner; the maximum is 4 tablets daily

Do not use Ephedrine HCL if you have, are having, or think you have the following conditions or ailments: Heart disease, hyperthyroidism, asthma, pregnant, nursing, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, renal disease, thyroid issues, are taking asthma or maoi inhibitors.
