Overview
- Cal-Mag Supreme contains Aquamin™ a plant-sourced calcium with magnesium, potassium, boron & vitamin D3 and helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Calcium intake when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
- Free from: artificial flavours, artificial colours, corn, gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, soy, added sugar and yeast.
Medicinal Ingredients per one tablespoon
- Calcium (Aquamin™*) – 400 mg; Magnesium (Aquamin™, citrate) – 200 mg; Potassium (citrate) – 15 mg; Boron (citrate) – 350 mcg; Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 500 IU/12.5 mcg
- *Aquamin™ is a unique plant-source calcium and mineral complex derived from the Icelandic marine red-algae Lithothamnion calcareum.
Non - Medicinal Ingredients
Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural lemon-lime flavour and potassium sorbate.
Directions
Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 tablespoons daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.
Warnings
Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day. Keep out of the reach of children.
