St. Francis Wormwood
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a vermifuge for children with pinworms (threadworms) or roundworms.
Wormwood's above ground parts are used for loss of appetite, indigestion, and gastrointestinal complaints such as gastritis due to low acidity. This herb is also antiseptic.
Ingredients:
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium, tops) 200 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:5)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water

Suggested Use:
All doses should be taken 3-4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Children (2-4 years): 0.1-0.2 ml (2-6 drops);
Children (5-9 years): 0.1-0.3 ml (3-10 drops);
Adolescents (10-14 years): 0.3-0.6 ml (10-20 drops);
Adults & Adolescents (15 & over): 0.5-1.3 ml (15-40 drops).
Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have stomach hyperacidity, obstruction of bile duct, cholangitis. Consult a health care practitioner before use with other medications, as there may be an adverse interaction.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy); if you have gastric or duodenal ulcer; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
