Traditional Medicinals Breathe Easy
Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, coughs and bronchitis.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3 to 4 times daily.
Directions of use: Pour 240 mL boiling water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Add honey if desired, especially in dry climates.
Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

* Biyan Pian extract (8:1) contains the combined aqueous extractive of: xanthium fruit (Xanthium sibiricum) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), magnolia flower (Magnolia biondii) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), siler root (Saposhnikovia divaricata) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), schisandra fruit (Schisandra chinensis) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), fragrant angelica root (Angelica dahurica) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), schizonepeta herb (Nepeta tenuifolia) extract 12.8 mg (equivalent to 102.4 mg), forsythia fruit (Forsythia suspensa) extract 11.496 mg (equivalent to 92 mg), chrysanthemum flower (Chrysanthemum indicum) extract 11.496 mg (equivalent to 92 mg), platycodon root (Platycodon grandiflorum) extract 8.676 mg (equivalent to 69.6 mg), anemarrhena rhizome (Anemarrhena asphodeloides) extract 7.176 mg (equivalent to 61.6 mg), and licorice root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) extract 3.792 mg (equivalent to 30.4 mg).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha × piperita), organic eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus), organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale).

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.
Adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur (rare cases); in which case, discontinue use.
