Traditional Medicinals Organic Eater's Digest Peppermint
Digestive aid for the relief of stomach distress after eating.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 2 to 3 times daily after meals.
Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over one tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.75 g) contains: organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita) 875 mg, organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 175 mg, organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 140 mg, organic alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa) 140 mg, organic papaya leaf (Carica papaya) 70 mg, organic cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum spp.) 70 mg, organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) 52.5 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic rose hip (Rosa canina), organic sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis), organic hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa).
Cautions: For prolonged use, consult a healthcare provider. If symptoms of upper abdominal distress persist, stop this medication and consult your physician. Consult a healthcare provider if you have gallstones, gallbladder or bile-duct obstruction, hiatal hernia, or acid reflux, are taking blood thinners or birth control medication.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, or are taking corticosteroids or cyclosporine.
